I was lucky enough to attend the excellent Hyper Japan festival this past weekend in London’s East End and had a rare opportunity to talk to Gohei Kishi, Head of Asian Concepts across the Gordon Ramsay Group, based at maze in Mayfair. So I’m taking the blog stateside for LOLs and on the way out flew with British Airways. During the flight I recieved some delicious and amazing food which I simply had to blog about!
I have a confession. I hate Baked Beans. I remember as a kid being given them for lunch and refusing point blank to touch them. Often I starved.
